Sheila is an African American student at Dullmount High school whenever students come in to the girls bathroom she takes them into the stall and gives them Swirlies and flushes them into the toilet by Amber’s command. She’s portrayed by Raquel Lee in season 1 who played Nubia Gross on The Proud Family and got replaced by Reagan Gomez Preston. Shiela is mean, rude, bad and snotty. She has a bad temper but is sometimes shown as a nice person. She easily gets agitated by Debbie's stupidness but deep down still cares about her
by Debbie’s lack of untelligence. Such as seen in the girls room elections.
